Make it Monday #6: Impression Plates Tricks #1

Hello, I hope you all have had a fabulous Spring break! We stayed near home and did a ton of fun things locally. It was fabulous! So, this is why I am posting my card so late. My inspiration for my card today comes from all the beautiful home decor items I have seen made with blue and white. I am in love with it but it doesn't go with anything in my home. So, I thought I would try it on a card. Papertrey's challenge was to use an impression plate on a portion of a card. I love the Enchanted Evening and white with a hit of lemon tart buttons. But, do you think it is too simple? Have a great week!
Supplies: all PTI unless noted Dot Spot and Big & Bold Wishes, Sunshine Impressions Plate, Enchanted Eventing CS & buttons, lemon tart buttons, white embossing powder & versamark.

  1. Simply perfect. I adore your use of Dot Spot. Your color choices are stellar as it makes the stamp pop. The Sunshine IP works a treat with this stamp too. This is so inspiring and a real must try. Well done!

  2. This is really beautiful. I love the crispness and simplicity which allows the stamped and impressed images to really stand out - it is truly stunning and I have had my eye on this impression plate for some time... I must get round to purchasing it!!! Thanks for sharing!

  3. Oh my this is an amazing card! LOVE it! That dot spot set is great, isn't it. Goes great with the embossing folder.
I found you through the papertrey ink challenge and I am now your follower :-)
    Have a great day.
