A Cut Above Class

I am taking the on line class - A Cut Above. I am learning so much, I love it! I needed cards for my twins First Holy Communion, so I took what I learned in class and made these. I learned how to make the crosses here

I also made my girls rosaries. We had a wonderful day and the girls looked beautiful!

April 2012 Blog Hop

I am in love with all the blooming colors in my yard right now and this challenge looks just like it. I darken up the This and That PP from Echo Park with Vintage Photo distress ink from Tim Holtz. The Lace Bouquet stamp set from Papertrey was clear embossed on Hawaiian Shores CS and I distress that too. I hope you have a great week!

This is my first card for the Make it Monday challenge from Papertrey Inc. I bought this Garden Variety set just for the watering can. I love it!

This is the second card I made for the Make It Monday challenge from Papertrey Inc. I love the colors outside right now, all the new bright green leaves and the beautiful pink flowering trees. The rhinestones in the daisies are yellow but they don't show that in the photo. Hope you had a great Easter weekend.

Supplies all PTI unless noted: Half & Half dies, Turning a New Leaf, Polka Dot Basics II, Beautiful Blooms II, Floral Frenzy (sentiment), and Beautiful Blooms III dies, Raspberry Fizz and Simply Chartreuse Ink, Rhinestones colored yellow with Copic marker, Scallop Die, Twine from My Favorite Things.
