Make It Monday #54: Glitter Buttons

The Papertrey challenge this week was to make your own glitter buttons. I cut the clouds out of white CS and then put some bitty dots PP behind it for some dimension (oh and some pop dots too). My card was inspired by Debby (thank you!)
