I love this challenge! I had no idea I could blend colored pencils with baby oil. Who knew!? I invested in a quality set of Prisma Colored pencils last month. I am so glad I did! This card will be for my Mom's birthday (Sept. 21).
I stamped & colored both the large and medium flower from In Bloom, cut them out, & layered them on top of each other. I hope you can see that I used the In Bloom Impression plate in the background (love that one) on Royal Velvet CS.

This is really stunning. The dark purples are great and the embossing makes it so elegant. Happy birthday to your mom. She will love this card.
